BICE’s General Assembly
The General Assembly, composed of the effective and non-effective members of BICE, gathers once a year and is responsible for approving the financing budget and setting the strategic guidelines of the organisation. It also elects the President and Board members.
BICE’s Board of Directors and Bureau
The Board of Directors attends to the implementation of BICE’s orientations once they are approved in the General Assembly. The Steering Committee supervises the management and the administration of BICE within the framework of its powers, defined by the Board of Directors.
The Finance Committee
The finance Committee is a statutory committee that controls the establishment of annual accounts as well as the draft budget which execution it overlooks.
The Child Protection Commission
The Child Protection Commission is connected to the General Secretary and it implements all the necessary means to ensure the establishment and maintenance of BICE’s internal child protection tools.
The Expert Consultation Committee
This Committee of independent experts is in charge of giving advices on the fund allocation to the general public. It ensures that the funds are used in accordance with the social objective of the organisation.
