Terms and conditions of use

The site http://www.bice.org (and sites placed in its subdomains) is designed to provide personal information and mobilisation advice to users. Access to and use of this site is restricted by the conditions described below, and by French law.

BICE reserves the right to modify and update, without advance notice, the General Conditions and all other elements currently on this site. This Internet site and its General Conditions are subject to French law, and are presented in French, English and Spanish.

Right of access and modification

BICE undertakes to keep and not divulge any of your personal information. This information is stored on our secure servers for a limited time.

Registration with the CNIL 

The site http://www.bice.org has been registered by the CNIL (National Data Protection Authority) under the number 470101. In application of articles 27 and 34 of the Data and Freedom act n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, any person can modify or suppress personal data. If you wish to exercise this right, send us a message via our contact form.

Personal data concerning the donor form and the online shop

All your personal information which we store when you make a donation or buy something online is securely transmitted to our partner Ogone, via SSL encryption. So that you can buy or donate safely, your bank details are protected on Ogone sites. BICE undertakes to respect the confidential nature of your donation, to not give out your address to any other organisation, and to conduct its financial affairs with the utmost transparency.

Intellectual property rights

BICE  advises users of the website that many elements of this site are :

  • protected by copyright legislation: particularly photographs, articles, drawings, animated sequences, digital audio or video recordings;
  • and / or protected by legislation on drawings ;
  • protected by legislation on brands (the term « brand »)  

As such, any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, commercialisation, whether partial or whole, by whatever procedure and on whatever medium (paper, digital,…) for any distribution worldwide, is subject to prior written authorisation of the association.

Software brands and logos which appear on this site are the property of the respective companies which market them, and may not be used without the express written consent of the owner of these brands and logos.
